Go into the Feature 982 - enter the password and you will get:
Atdt avail - set to Yes
Business open - set to Yes
Answer Lines - set to the correct setting.
Atdt: change to 326

Yeah - that is the way I took his post.
Oh No - I just tested the F982 and it did not do that. Sorry -
OK - I just tested again.
It is under:
System Programming
Direct Dial
Internal
Ext #
Learned something myself just now.
Always assumed that F982 was the spot and never tested til now. Assume - You know what that means.

Three areas you can set the attendant at:
1. Feature 9 8 3 ->aa->attendent:
2. Feature 9 8 2 Attendant
3. System programming->direct dial->internal
These all control slightly different ways that people get to your attendant. The first is for people in the auto attendant, the second is for someone who is in voicemail, and the third is for a regular phone dialing 0.

Hope this is helpful!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

I was looking at #3 smile ! I don't want to mess to much with things wink we don't have AA Enabled, nor does the company I work for require it at this time.

Simple solution to dial a commonly phoned extension in our business.
