I have 2 X MODICS 7.0 W/CP150 and VOIP gateways and a BCM 400 4.0. The issues I am having are when you dial from norstar thru VOIP gateway to other norstar and/or BCM and want to check your voice mail (ie)press ** to log into mailbox or zero out of mailbox once VM picks up, the digits * or 0 are not being sent across. Either VOIP gateway does not appear to be accepting any digits once the call is established. Can anyone help.
Thanks

You'll have to explain a little deeper how they are interconnected. Where is the CP 150? In the BCM or does each switch have one?

Each Norstar has it's own CP 150 and the BCM is using it's own built in CP. The issue is when you call either site thru the VOIP and you get the persons voice mail and would like to either zero(0) out to an attendant or press ** to enter/check a mail box it does not send the digits across the voip gateways to either site. It worked fine when we were using E&M trunking and stopped when we installed the norstar voip gateways to replace the E&M trunks
