In relation to the issue I accidentally posted on an old string (where we were getting "No Free Lines" after a reboot - we can receive calls but can't make any calls out. Disabling and re-enabling the PRI card haven't worked so far, and neither has rebooting the system):

Some of the strings I've checked on here mention patches for the system, as well as software upgrades. Can anyone point me in the direction of the patches? We're currently on 2.0, and I've got someone quoting me on a software upgrade, but I'd like to check the patches as well. Thanks!

I did indeed try the Nortel site (sorry, should have mentioned that :bang: :bang: ) but couldn't find anything other than upgrades.

I'm not sure how much help I can be, but I'm certainly willing to do whatever I can. Methinks I'll be the one doing most of the learning from this site!

Unfortunately, I'm not experienced on the BCM line yet from Nortel. Be patient, one of the others will pop in and give you some guidance.

Keep in mind that this site is for "End User" information, not to learn HOW to be a telephone technician.

With that being said, we will try our best to help you out.

I haven't seen or heard from Marty in months.

BCM patches are available through channel partners only. They are not available to the general public. you must register at the Nortel site to gain access to the secure site.

I had that error in the beginning too.
It was just something not filled in, but I can't remember.

Did you put your Birthdate in??
