i have a doorbox that ring on a line. I have confirmed the ring tone up the trk. I made a prt out on the 2 phones where it is suppose to ring, but do not see the keys programmed at all. I suppose it should point to a phantom, that is the line. I am not sure how to program a phantom so the line points to it. Your help would be appreciated.

There are many ways to hookup a doorbox on an Option. It could be on a single line port with MNL or HTL service. It could be interfaced with a CO line. Does this currently work on the two phones yur printed out?

It currently rings in on a trk. it does not ring on the phones, use to, just stopped. If I print the trk/line, it shows me prdn 7600. I guess I have to put 7600 on a key, right? is it ld 11, chg, key scr 01 (key 1) 7600? I am not sure. the phone is a 2616 and shows only key 00.
