We recently upgraded some of our phones from m2008's to 3904 sets. One of our employees now says when she tries to use them she just hears a buzz from her hearing aid. She walks over to a 2008 and can use it just fine.
Are the 3904's hearing aid complaint? Are there any adjustments?

Have you tried turning the volume on that set lower and then amplifying with the hearing aid

From Nortel docs..
"Meets or exceeds applicable CSA, UL, and EIA specifications. Complies with FCC requirements for hearing-aid compatibility. Maximum handset volume control levels are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)."
