We have an Option 11 running the Succession software, I believe (whatever we have, it does support VoIP). We are setting up Voice over IP with an NTVQ01 Media Gateway, and been following the procedures in the IP Line NTP book 553-3001-365. Unfortunately, the book is kinda clear as mud in places. For instance, we find no place in the overlays to set the Media Card ELAN address, or the IP address for Element Manager, but it sounds like it is done through the CLI. Has anyone done this, and could you give us some pointers that would help us? TIA
