I just opened the phone bill and it appears that we have a phone call to ourselves that has been running since May 1st. I checked the lines with BCM Monitor on our BCM400 and it is showing line 77 with and out bound connection right back to line 62.

I went to all the M7XXX phones and the switch board to see if any of the sets were causing this, but none show any calls. I made a call to myself to replicate and in the BCM Monitor I clearly see my line 647-Jordan listed as the user, but on this ongoing call, just the lines show.

1. How do I kill this without shutting down the system.

2. What could cause this?

Disable the lines or pull the jumpers off the system

Failed outbound transfer or conference maybe.

Make sure disconnect supervsion is programmed on the lines.

Thanks. Went to line provisioning and turned off one of the channels and it killed the call.

Or someone hacked a mailbox and was trying to call off shore?

All I have to say is WOW... 6 weeks huh? did you get the numbers the system was connected too?
