I have a Call Pilot on a Norstar CICS...for some reason the technician who installed it programed it as a Call Pilot instead of Norstar Voicemail....does anyone know the major differences?

CP would be for those who are used to that mode, i.e. moved from head office (thats on a PBX) to a branch.
PBX uses CP mode. Makes it easier for the user.
Since its Norstar product the Norstar is default mode so it would be strange for the tech to change it without consulting you.
Not sure anyone has documented the differences, mostly commands you use are different.

Isn't the biggest difference the fact that you have to enter your mailbox number to login?
It's got a whole different set of "number commands" once you're logged in as well.
