Caller ID will not display if vmail answer is there any way to have CID log on a phone display CID info if vmail answers call???

Try connecting a phone to a free extension and turn off the ring.... that way the system will log the CID before transferring to voicemail.

ext 101 - press intercom. 70**# to clear all CID logs. ext101-- Intercom 7373# to erase the 300th call and store the new calls (overwrite) Program a CID-C button on each phone you want to log on. To program a CID-C button- press Program, CO button you want to use, dial 96, Store. At each ringing ext intercom 7382#. This will log all calls on that ext with a CID-C button.
To use the CID-C button: When a call is answered by any ext including v mail, it will auto log to every CID-C button. This will not light the CID-C button. If a call is unanswered it will log to every CID_C button and the button will light. To review press the CIC-C button and then press the CID-S button, # or the Navagation key to scroll from name to number if viewing on single line display. The 7735 shows all info at once. On 7735 Nav key jumps from call to call. While viewing CID info press the Transfer button to delete one at a time or press intercom 70*# to clear all CID info at that ext. Personal CID-- CID-P logs up to 20 CID's to an ext. Logs only calls that are directed to a specific ringing ext through transfer, DISA, DIL 1:1, Voice Mail,, also logs unanswered calls to the ext. Program CID-P Program, CO button, 6 , Store. To activate Personal log, Intercom 7381#. This apply's to dash 4 and 5.
