I have a residential customer with a KX-TAW848 with 4 wireless telephones and 2 digital phones. 1. If a user on a digital phone is on a call and a user on a wireless joins in on the call, the wireless user will get disconnected if the digital user hangs up. Is ther a remedy to stop the call from being dropped when the digital user hangs up? 2. Is there a way for a wireless user to place a call on hold, and answer the second line using the hold button. Right now, the wireless user has to press 3 to place the caller on hold. 3. Can extension privacy be turned off, so that multiple users can be on the phone together without phones having to conference each other in. 4. Can a caller id inspect button be programmed, so that a user can scroll through the caller id history.
Thank You for any assistnce that can be provided
