I have a customer with a KXTD 1232 no voice mail.
When they do a conference call the parties ( 2) on the outside cannot hear each other. (very faint) The person on the system phone can hear everyone perfect. Has anyone run into this problem.

Yes, because you have two lines tied together and the Panasonic does not compensate for the line loss.

To check this do an internal conference.

Hey ken, I did an internal conference, and it worked ok. I told my customer to just do 3 way calling, and I will put a flash button on there phones. Thankyou for the info Ken
