I wonder if anyone can help me with this.

I have a TVS-50 Voice mail system connected to a KXT-624 system and we have the good morning and company greeting setup but one issue I have is that the customer wants the default greeting "If you know the user's 3 digit ext enter dial it now or dial 0 for a operator" changed.

The manual is very confusing I am pulling my hair out (what's left of it) trying to figure this out. I have hyperterm connected.

Also, I would like to know if there is a good program to administer the voice mail.

I am also looking for something to help me out with the TVS-50, I'm trying to figure out how my customer can record an "emergency" greeting incase the office is closed due to a hurricane or national emergency. They currently have an attendant setup, but I don't have any clue on how to insert another message (or really what I have to do at all for this)
