It has been awhile since I ran into this issue, and as I remember it was a simple solution. The problem is i cant seem to remember the solution and I cant find it in the user guide. The display is showing name and extension number, the customer waqnts it to show date and time. How do we change the display???

unplugging the set and plugging it back in works as well and is sometimes easier to explain to the customer since they almost always lift the handset and then press *
