I am limping along a DBS Courier IFM 4ML voicemail because the company downsized by 50% and has no money to replace the whole thing.
So far the vm will not keep the time correctly and the voicemail will not log off, you cannot reset the voicemail by using the reset button, you must power down the entire DBS cabinet to get the voicemail to come back up.
When I went into some section of statistics that I had never gotten into, it said that the CPU temperature was the equivalent of over 300 degrees F and this was in an air conditioned room.
About a week ago, the dial by name directory stopped working for all employees.
I have checked that each mailbox has the first and last name and I know I didn't screw this up in programming as it happened about two months after I was there last.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
