TDA200-V5 \ TVA200-2.61 45 phones, 12 ports VM.
Everything works great.
PRI, 23 channels, DID routing, 2 tenants.
Only one problem. VM will not follow either automatic schedule or PBX control,only manual selection.
Anyone ran across this before????

Set vm to pbx control and use auto time service on system. Make sure you have set up night services per tennent and selected auto timer on per tenent

Had to default and reprogram, parameters were corrupted. :bang: :bang: :bang:

Just curious, did you reload the dsys file or manually reprogram the system? Any idea what may have corrupted the data, storms?

Just the voice mail. Reloaded audio files from CS menus and they were ok. Parameters had corruption, load them and problem appeared again.
4 or 5 year old system.
