I was wondering how to change the greeting for my company. It is a night key that we use on our PBX Telrad 400 switcha dn use Imagen voice mail system Please help

Enter the voice mail DN + #, 999 + password then follow the options.

dial VM and dial in #999, youll need the system password and change the greeting, # 4 or 5, I think, but the nice lady will tell ya.

The Voicemail # is 300, but I could not figure out the password. How can I reset it?
I tried the default and it did not work.

Also the main line where we have this key is 300 and it tells me that mail box is inoperative

The problem is not resolved. I want to change the night time greeting on my voicemail but can't. The main line ext is 300 so I figured it would be the extension for the greeting, but it is not. I have had this greeting for about 6 yuears now and need to change it. How do I find out where it is located. I checked the imagen and it does show it on ext 300 but when I try to change it, it does not work, Please help!!!
