Hi,

I have just purchases an used Telrad Digital Key BX (818 system) and it has 2 cards in it (MPD & U??). Does this system allow you to see the caller id for incoming calls?

you need the Caller ID unit, which will give you up to 8 lines of CID. With the information you gave...NO.
We have the CID units if you need one.

You would still need another card for the rs232 port. I think the only one that would work is a chl or better. I not sure if a eld would work or not but I coould find out if needed.

As stated above you have to find a MLX82 CID unit and you need a COL CHL or RS232 card for the data collection.
The new MPD2 cards allow CID with the onboard CO card standard. And the COL2 card should be released later this year but you will need the E2E software for them to work.
