Is there a way to give a person or a persons mailbox admin rights to reset a user password. My cust. has people that left the company and need to change the greetings in those mailboxes.

Why not just delete the mailbox? This will clear all old greetings, passwords and messages. Then add the mailbox back, add Name in DBN directory. When you add a new mailbox this will give the end user a Tutorial on how to setup their new mailbox correctly.
