We have the Telrad Avanti system in our office. I need to delete (or edit) one of the greetings, but I don't know which one it is or how to access it. Here's how it goes. An outside caller calls in and leaves a message. They are given the option to delete their message and start over, but that option comes with another greeting that I want to get rid of. What's that greeting called and how do I delete it?

I apologize, but I have no idea. All I know is I'm in charge of changing the day and night greetings, and for some reason, there's a greeting in there that I described above that I can't find so I can change it. I listened to main, day, night, holiday, and I can't find the one I have to change. Thanks for your help.

Well the 4 different voicemail systems and 18 or so software levels all I can offer is if you can find the system type and software level one of us may be able to assist you.
