Hi all, I have a customer who has an IPEX with an EMAGEN. All is working fine except there in no audio to the voice mail. Client has rebooted the IPEX, has cycled power on the system and has also reseated the IPEX, nothing has corrected the situation. You can surf to the emagen and see all the menus and everything else on the system works great. Any thoughts?

If you are sure that the config is correct and the system has proper licensing. Then get a backup. Got any spares? What version IPEX, what version emagen?
