I've installed a dkt2020sd phone with a dadm2020 attached but can't locate the program area to modify the dadm button assignments. They currently are set for the 1st 20 extensions. I have tried programming in 29 but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated. I have what I think is a complete progamming procedures manual for reference.

Programming for the add on modules will be done in program *29 not 29.

What are you trying to change. The dk16 may not support the star programs. I seem to recall a long time ago that on a system I had to change the codes under groups 2 and 3 in program 29 before I could use those codes in group 1. You might try this.

What cabinet is this? DK16, DK16e, DK16e with DK40 software upgrade, DK40, DK40i, DK280, DK424, DK424i?
The DK16 would not let you have lines or extensions but not both on the same ADM.

The cabinet says DK 16. I have never seen the *29 programs. I guess it is possible that this system doesn't support the DADM

I have a dadm2020 attached to a dkt2020sd. The dadm button are "addressed" to ext 10-29. I have been unable to find where to readdress them so that they can become station speed dial (*10-49) CO or system speed dial buttons. I have tried several different changes in the program 29 fields but they have had not effect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If I remember right the DK 16 will not support 20 btn ADM ..... programs 29,29-1,29-2 are all for DSS console......LOOKED AT MANUAL

Steve is correct, no ADM on the DK16.
Sorry about my goof.
The lines or stations, not both at the same time, was DK16e limitation and I don't think it applied to the DK16e that had the upgraded software.

From my 1993 general description manual. An ADM can be connected to a 2000 series digital telephone to provide 20 direct station selection buttons for strata dk 16 and 10 direct station selection buttons , eight personal speed dial buttons one night transfer button and one all call page button for strata dk8. These are by default and I found no way to change this in the book. I connected a 2020sd with a 20 button ADM to a dk8 on my workbench and it works exactly as described but I could not reprogram any of the buttons on the ADM. What it defaults to appears to be what you're stuck with. I have no dk16 to test with.
