I have a DK 424 and I need to restrict 1 phone from dialing long distance in the warehouse. I thought all I needed to do was program 48, but it is not restricting it at all. What am I doing wrong?

#402 gives you the logical and physcal port numbers of that station. Make sure that both match. In program 48, give that station a restriction code of 01.

If you haven't got this fixed yet, try to make a restriction group in 46-1 and make one of the groups have no access to long distance area codes. Thats how I do it anyhow.

I have not assigned anything in 45-1. I will try 45-1 or 46-1 tomorrow. In 48 I have assigned code 01. Thanks for all your help I will let you know tomorrow.
