I am not sure what I hit in the program to cause the LCD to show # VACANT when I hit the # key to turn on BGM or use one of the # features. I get a fast busy tone with the display.

Sounds like program 05 has been changed.

Thanks SSPhone. I used prog 90 to clear the settings in prog 5 and all is well again. I dumped the program data before initializing program 5. Program 5 showed a # sign in front of 1, 2, 3, and 4. The rest of the numbers had no # sign.
My installed said that the batteries on the RCTU's were bad and that I should upgrade the the CTX. I think I need a new Toshiba Rep.
