I have a CIX670, numbers follow:
Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00
VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26

I have a President who wants his calls to ring to his assistant when he is busy or does not answer. I know that he could simply setup user configured call forwarding within Strategy but he wants us to do it at the backend so that (if she does not answer) it rings his voicemail.

What is the best way to accomplish this?

Thanx in advance!!

Put his DN's on her phone and set them to ring in a delay.
