I have a CIX670, numbers follow:
Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00
VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26

Even though I turn DND or Call Screening features on in Strategy they do not work and calls go through.

Is there a global setting for enabling DND and Call Screening functions or is this a licensing issue?

Must not have an H after the extension number in the mailbox.

I added an "H" after the extension in the mailbox and still it does not work (calls go through even with DND active)

To use screening you can't have an H after the extension. Here's what I believe the issue to be:

Your voicemail system dial code settings under the option "what to dial after dialing the extension" more than likely has H- or 12H- already in it. This will attach an H- to the end of every extension field which will not allow the use of the call screening feature.

The DND not working is a little different story. In Stratagy Admin, the mailboxes probably have "DND allowed" set to "NO". That should be double checked and set to "YES" to use this feature.
