I programmed a customers dk280 rctua3 4w system with flash keys, checked prog 12 for .5 sec, and prog 15 for options 0,3,5 on for all lines, but when I receive a call and hit flash, I get return dial tone, dial the number, hit flash again, and all three are together, then when I hang up the toshiba system phone the call drops for the outside party.

I have already done this at 3 of the customers other sites with no problem, but this site has me stumped!!!!

Thanks for any ideas you have. I will be back onsite on thursday morning to try to fix.

15-5 is for sure turned on for all lines?

Is Program 10-1 button 20 turned on?

Does the dial tone provider drop the call if it sees that happen and maybe not a Toshiba issue?

Can you get that provider to jump on the lines and watch what happens in the CO?

You verified the s/w level is for sure 3.2 or past?

Try it with your butt set directly on the trunk side to rule out the Toshiba.

I am sure that 15-5 is on for all.

I will check 10-1.

Will try butt set to rule out Toshiba.

The s/w is pre 3.2, but one of the other sites I have already completed was as well.

Will update later. Thanks for the info!
