I named the POTS trunks. Calls through auto attendant say "Line 1 TRansfered from Voicemail"
Customer would like the trunk name displayed instead of "Line 1". Once the call is answered it shows trunk name.
SW version is 3.10 MK043

Check the P103 FB43 is enabled.

Tried that. Called Toshibe. They said try FB43, if not then it probabaly is not possible.
Talked to customer. Told them to look at display right when they answer. I think he was ok with it.

It seems the same issue as with Caller ID. Unless the mail box does a blind transfer, nothing shows on display until the call is answered. So try adding the H on the end of the extension line of the mailbox.

Did you find an answer to this yet? If not... for some reason I thought pressing one of the soft keys while the phone was ringing brought up the CID, before you pick up.

I was trying the softkeys also. I was thinking that on a ringing PRI, you can show caller ID and scroll to DNIS name.
After telling the customer how convinient it would be to have names instead of just Line 1, Line 2, etc, becaus ethey answer calls for 2 different companies. I could not get it to work through auto attendant. Plus half the lines have caller ID and half do not.
I was also trying to talk them into a PRI eventually.
