Hi all got a new Tecra a11 today and installed Network emanager vb20 running ie 8 on a windows 7 pro 32 machine, but cant seem to get the remote modem working,

I can dial out using the modem on VMManager no worries so its not a modem port issue,

When i try to dial out it says "The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection."
I have created RemoteCTX1
put the ip address of 192.168.254.100

Added Http://localhost to added trusted sites in ie8.

When added that the emanager dialler box pops up for a split second and then dissapears,
if i take it out of trusted sites, the box pops up but doesnt grab a line and dials out..

tried reverting back to an old network emanager b13 and same issue,

any one else encounter these issues? and if so any ideas of how to fix them?

Turn off pop-up blockers in IE and all toolbars. Try that

the https://localhost goes into the Intranet settings under Internet Options/Security settings and not the trusted sites.

pop up blocker is off, and there are no toolbars on ie8

Any help would be great as i use the remote modem alot for our clients who dont have remote access over ip
