I have a CTX100 that has five co lines. $ on the main board and one to the daughter board. Every few days all lines will appear busy on the phones and you have to reset the system to get them to clear. If you call when they appear busy they ring to the caller but not at the system. I replaced the board. Then tried leaving the daughter board off. It is still doing the same thing. This is with regular copper co lines.

Sounds like the trunks aren't receiving a disconnect signal from telco.

Do you see them light up when ringing in, then solid when answered and then stay solid when hung up?
