When is it picking up? Is it picking up on a co ringing to an extension or a transfer to an extension.
If you want the voice mail to pick up a ringing line, there is a preset forward timer in flash 40, CO programming.
If you are transfering the call to an extension, there is a RNA timer in flash 50 for each phone.
It also depends on the level of software. In earlier versions, you cannot set the timer for each phone, you have to set a system preset forward timer which affects the whole phone system.
I hope this helps somewhat.
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

Flash 40, page a, button 17, displays current ringing assignment. Flash 40, page a, button 11, is where you change that assignment. Flash 40, page c, is where you can set a dest. to VM hunt group, & set the delayed ring timer.

With the DHS, this should be under Call Handling. Enter System Administration, Go to Call Handling. "Ring No Answer" has a default setting of 10 (range 10-90); you probably want to bump this to 15-20 (play with it till you get what you want). You may also have to adjust the "Ring_T To Ans" (default 3, range 1-20). Be sure you have your CO Preset Destination (under CO Line Programming) set to a valid VM group. Note that "Ring No Answer" and "Ring_T To Ans" are NOT adjustable with a DHS-L. Post or e-mail if you have any other questions.

I would like to thank all on their input for Vodavi V/M Programming. The problem was software on the system was to old and had to be upgraded to a newer version to be able to work correctly with the Vodavi Dispatch. Again I thank you PS This tech board is GREAT Thanks Again
