NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM PREFERRED LINE ACCESS ON 3 PHONES. I CAN GET INTO PROGRAMMING BUT DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO THEN.

I don't have the book handy, but if memory serves, it's data field 02 and the line 4 button will be lit for the phones that you want PLA on. If that doe'snt work I'll try and find the book.
