I have a 24 exec key set. We have 4 lines coming into the office. When a call comes in my set does not ring. I need to know how to make it ring.

Also, when a line is ringing and I pick up the handset, the incoming line is not answered. I have to select the line. I would like the line to be selected when I pick up the handset.

Thanks,

Steve Fahy

Ringing is assigned in system programming. Do you know how to enter programming mode?
