:bang: HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PHONE ON DHS SYSTEM. WHEN TRYING TO MAKE CALL PHONE IS LOCKED OUT. I CAN INTERCOM ONLY. WENT INTO THE FEATURE 97 AND UNLOCKED IT, GOT COMFIRMATION TONE. PHONE IS STILL LOCKED OUT. THE PASSWORD IS CORRECT. ANY HELP?

It sounds like perhaps that station's forced account code is turn on. Go thru that stations programing and make sure the forced account code is in in " N" position. Then you should be able to make a call.

Do a search in this forum using "locked". Over a year ago, I had a DHS with one phone that was locked---and no matter what I did---it wouldn't unlock.
I eventually switched jumpers to another port---and within a few months of that---replaced the system with a new one. Never really did solve the locked situation. Good Luck.
