I had an unfortunate installation this week that has baffeled me. I installed an STSe 1.02 system with the inskin hard drive vm. The auto attendant answers all calls and routes appropriately. It also passes caller ID. However , when you scroll answered or unanswered it shows up as none. I tried flash 05 button 21 and enabled caller id tables. It still didn't work. So I called tech support and they said it is a feature that the engineers took out of the 1.02 version. They say it only works if the call originally rings the station . I even made the lines ring 148 and preset forward after 2 seconds to 450 ( also 440 for kicks )and it still didn't work.UNBELIEVABLE !!! Anyway, I tried several ways of trying to resolve the problem and the last and only thing I can do is " downgrade " it to 1.01. Any other ideas ?

The CID ans/unans has been a pain. Since you have the HDD VM, at least the customer can see the name/number of the caller.
Hopefully, they will do an upgrade on the STS software soon, to match the recent upgrade of its big brother (XTS). With XTS FP3, Auto Attendant calls are suppose to be considered unanswered. You can also scroll through the ans/unans tables with the volume up/down keys, which is much simpler than the HOLD/MUTE.
I am not sure but i beleive the CID logs of answered and unanswered calls only collect data from calls that actualy ring at the extention. This may be to keep calls departmentalized... ie unanswered call log of the sales dept won't contain unanswered calls from the service dept. However I may be wrong.
