I have a customer that used to come in at 7:00 in the morning and take it out of night mode(AA answered) the calls would ring in to the attendant phone. She would then fwd the attendant phone to her phone until the attendant got there at 8:00 and the attendant would take the call fwd off. Things have changed and no calls in day mode ring to the AA and callers have to press 0 to get to the attendant. When the gal comes in she does her normal, take it out of night mode then call forward to her extension, but the call forward no longer works, and the caller will end up in the attendants voicemail. Any ideas?

I did find a work around. I have set the phone that needed to be forwarded to in a Hunt Group and have her forwarding the attendant phone to the hunt group. Works like a charm doesn't get the attendant voicemail and follows the preset forward of the hunt group like i wanted it to.
