Just picked up a new customer with a Vodavi STS and it has the Flash VM/AA. My question may have a simple answer. I would like to program a CO line to forward to a users mailbox and not the Main greeting. I have the phone programmed to Ring DAY/Night to the station, but when the CO Line is called the station rings and the the voicemail main greeting answers. The CO Preset Dest. = H450 and the station is B/NA Forward to 440. Do I need to change the PRESET TIMER or DESTINATION - or do I need to adjust the NO ANSWER TIMER? I have no past history with this customer and the prior phone vendor left no on-site program records. I have all the Documentations but I must be over looking something.

Try changing the CO Preset Destination to 440 and the Preset Fwd Voice-mail ID to the extension number of the mailbox you want it to go to.

Use PRESET CALL FORWARD CO LINE. (the line you want to go to the station)
Indicate in destination that station.
Set time. ( number of rings before forward starts.)
At the station call forward to vm box.(B/NA) this also has a timer setting on it.
Larrys way is probably the proper of the two.
