Anonymous Unregistered	On the STSe does SMDR include inbound CID info? If so does anyone have a recomedation for collecting and processing this info. I'm looking for a program that would place info in a spreadsheet or something similar to make it easier to digest

The program we used was Tapit call accounting software, but there are several types that will work with the STSe. You can customize the program to capture specified fields, length of calls, ect... "I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken"

We sell Tapit EX call accounting software for the tracking and management, however you can have it dump straight to a PC as a text file and do anything you want with the records.
