I have a customer who had some moh produced as well as a greeting. I have since gotten the person who produced the greeting to redo it with the correct rate.
Question being is how do you upload it to the talkpath and associate it with a specific menu? I apparently am not looking up the info correctly in the manual and tech support emailed back saying use ecom. That much I know, but once the file is uploaded it's the association I'm looking for help on. Any help is appreciated.

If I recall correctly, the greeting for a given menu has the file name xxx.vox. xxx being the menu number. I would expect the custom greeting would have to be in the proper vox format.

Ok so say 100.vox meaning menu 100 and so on. That would make sense. I should have it in the correct format I had them redo the greeting 8 bit mono so it should be correct, I tried to convert it myself but was slow and sounded terrible so they redid the format. Thanks for the reply
