A customer (XTS 3.00) upgraded their receptionist's phone from a 24-button Triad phone to a 30-button Large LCD phone. They are telling my the Discovery software the receptionist uses as a BLF no longer works. Any ideas?
All I did was change the phone type (flash 50, page B, button 1), reassigned the buttons for the new desi layout and swapped out the phones reusing the same line cord. I didn't even touch the tapi adapter.
Did I need to adjust anything else?

Yeah, you also need to program the data output from the phone on page B, button 12 and the entry should be 6. When you changed the phone model, all station settings were set to default and this entry was disabled.

Thanks, I forgot when switching station type the other settings revert to default values. There are few other things I'll need to check on as well!
