Phone works but does not ring on incoming phone calls

Are you sure the ringer is not turned off or down?
Swap it with a set that is ringing and see what happens.
This will tell us if it's in the phone or
the programming for that station.
Is this a Panther or a Talk-To?

None of the phones ring on incoming calls. We suspect it's in the programming but can't confirm

Is this something that just happened out of the blue? Was the system working? Was there a power failure or storm? Can you make calls? Does the CO light flash on incoming calls? Reset the system, if that doesn't help you may have to reprogram it.
There is probably a bad nicad or cap in the unit. I think that one uses a nicad. Is this on a UPS? Do you have the programming manual.
It has been years since I programmed one of those but I do remember it was not difficult but I no longer have the manuals. If you need a manual try: Manuals Plus, Inc. 770-438-0707
When you reset it leave it off for 3 or 4 minutes.
