Have a customer that has a Bizfon 680. Recently it started dropping caller ID information after it initially displays it. The caller ID info is then not accessible. Is this something that will require replacement of any component or is it a programming issue?

I got the manuals for it online.

Personally, I don't care for the system as it kind of feels flimsy. I also don't care for the fact that you have to call the company to program call routing.

But it does seem a bit more flexible than the Avaya partner (though a bit pricey).

I'd suggest downloading the manuals (if you haven't done so already).
