Outbound notification from WINIVP on a WIN100D stopped working. The line never gets seized with or without a 9 in the dialing string, but dialing 9 from intercom seizes the last CO line. I have warm booted the voice mail as well as hard booted the telephone system with no change.
Programming has not changed and looks okay. Any ideas?

Better late than never? On a PC based IVP, run STATS99 from the command line and see if the outbound dialing string is even attempting to dial out. If it is, try changing the notification port from the last channel to the next to last. Verify there's dial tone on the outbound station port. Is it lighting lamps? If so, chances are good it may be just the notification string for the one outbound box. Delete the notification box and copy it from a working box.
