I'm having customers complaining of not getting their messages so far by pulling up the reports I can trace some of the activity but alot of activity on the ports is still unexplained is there any documentation on reading these reports. I can dephifer when a call is started deactivated,deleted and ended but there's alot more going on that I can't explain especially if I'll going to use these tools to prove it's end-user error or they not being completely truthful on getting their messages. They had a AD-8 and we replaced it with a CTI LX same whining people still complaining any input would be appreciated.
