We have a customer with a existing IPK2 system. We are looking for information on how to allow a public ip address to be allowed to access the webpro screen on the system. All port forwarding and routing is properly setup and has been tested on another device. It looks like the IPKII is blocking it. One thing that we noticed is that you can only input a ip address and port number (80 is what we have left it at) in the ip addressing field. Is this because we are using webpro not pcpro, or is there another input or section needed?

Sounds like whats blocking is their fire wall.

Also keep in mind, whenever the IP address is changed you have to cycle the system power for the change to take.

Have you put the gateway address into the phone system?

There was no subnet mask or gateway field that we could find in the webpro, is that only in the pcpro software?

Look at program 10-12 for your IP addressing. This can be done with WebPro or PCPro.
