I am looking for a depnable software package that will allow me to record in/out calls from one POTS line to my PC. I would like to capture DTMF,Caller ID and of course call duration. I would like the software to start as soon as handset is lifted in either in or out (not voice activated). It can work with voice modem or sound card(with adapter).
I have searched using "telephone recoring software" and DTMF Telephone Recording" and checked out almost all the hits. Trouble is, most of the software packages do not work in one aspect or another.
Does anyone know of a package that works as described above? PM me if you have a suggestion for a product.

Do you need a voice recorder or just call information? What phone system are you using? Most systems output SMDR that records date, time, duration, extension, number dialed or caller ID, and what line was used.

I would like to have both, voice recorder and the call info. Know of a good working and reliable product??
