Anyone have a copy of DVD Shrink they can email me? Not the latest 3.2 version with all the restrictions, but a previous version? DVD Shrink is free, so no licensing issues are at stake.

If you don't have any luck here, you might want to post a request on the forums at https://www.oldversion.com/

I use 3.2 all the time, there are issues with some of the newer dvds not being able to copy due to their encryption methods, but this has nothing to due with version 3.2 that im aware of.

I got it to work just fine after all. Anyone know a way I can take a DVD music video and extract the audio portion to an MP3?

An update. Well, there are several tools on the web that will extract audio from a DVD. I can only see this if you wanted to take an audio track off of a music video DVD and play it on your computer or iPod as an MP3. After expierimenting for several, and I mean severallllll.....hours, I have come to the following conclusion. BUY the MUSIC CD!! The quality of an audio track RIPPED out of a DVD was very poor. A quick google search allowed me to find the same music DVD in CD soundtrack format for...$9.95 It was well worth the investment from a quality and time saving standpoint. The only thing I can see me ever doing this again is if I have a home made family DVD with some singing or something on it and I want to email it. With that said, I will probably email a compressed AVI vs. trying to get the audio.
