I have a new customer with an AVT Call Express 3 integrated with their Mitel SX 200.
The platform is OS2. How do I access admin programming in the AVT if I do not know the password? They have three digit ext's on the phone system - would the admin mbox be 999?
I need to be able to make some programming changes in the AVT.
