I am needing to find a copy of the KeyLink administration software for KeyVoice Debut voicemails. The company I work for (Telegen Solutions) is not a KeyVoice dealer, but we maintain some customers that have KeyVoice voicemails. The reason I'm needing the KeyLink software is that we have a customer who is needing their dial-by-name directory changed to use first name instead of last name. I've read the docs, and it's supposed to be possible, but in order to change the greeting that plays in mailbox 9998 to ask for the spelling of the first name, I would need the KeyLink software.
If anyone could help me out on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
