What is it you want the Repartee to do with the caller id?

The customer uses ViewCall with call screening and wants to see if it will display CID in the window.

Yes, but not with in-band integration. What is phone switch is the Repartee integrated with?

It is an Samsung iDCS 500. I am very proficient on the switch, the Repartee I have only done minor maint. on it over the past few years and the customer just went to a PRI for CID. I will get my nose back in the manual and take a look around again. Thanks for the response.
