Hello.
We are ordering a Captaris Right Fax solution. It uses a Brooktrout TR1000/TR1034 Board card. I am needing to fill out the Provisioning Information for the ATT PRI and wandered if anyone could steer me the correct way. Here are the questions I am having trouble with:
Type of Prime: Custom (NI1) or National (NI2)?
Type of CPE (Customer Premise Equipment): Do you just list the manufacturer and card type / model?
C.O. Hunting Ascending or Descending ?
Glare: CPE Yields or CO Yields ?
PBX Station ID ?
I have some white papers to look through from the manufacturer, but those didn't give me clear answers. I can try getting a live person with the manufacturer to answer these, but wanted to check here first. Thanks.
